Telia Carrier is taking its SD-WAN capabilities to a new level. They have deployed a new advanced SD-WAN service based on Cisco/Viptela technology. The service enables enterprises to attach their own WAN overlay to Telia Carrier’s global internet backbone. That enables an easier path to hybrid SD-WAN/MPLS capabilities to better match the needs of particular situations.
FiberLight unveiled a new managed dark fiber network solution this morning. Enterprises will be able to take advantage of the flexibility and raw potential capacity of dark fiber without having to handle all the construction, installation, management, and equipment themselves.
