Dobson Fiber has made an inorganic move, announcing the acquisition of Pinnacle Communications. Pinnacle operates a fiber network in western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma, a footprint that partially overlaps Dobson’s own footprint. Following the deal, Dobson’s network now covers 4,500 route miles in three states and can reach some 35K business locations.
