Sparkle, the international arm of TIM group, has invested in some new reach down in South America. It has opened a new PoP on the company’s IP backbone in Huechuraba, Chile. It’s Sparkle’s second PoP in the Santiago metro area, and complements their recent connection to the PIT Chile internet exchange point.
Cologix has opened the doors on its new Vancouver data center. VAN3 is located at 2828 Natal Street and adds some 42,000 square feet of space and 5MW of power to the company’s footprint.
