Some interesting consolidation hit the wires this week while most folks are off doing holiday things. Connectbase has announced the acquisition of MasterStream ERP, gaining a significant boost to its overall ecosystem.
MasterStream’s platform enables price quotes in the telecommunications space with a focus on the channel ecosystem. They process 500K quotes monthly, which will add further scale to Connectbase’s ecosystem once integrated. Details on how they might integrate the two platforms will have to wait for the new year though, I think. Connectbase says its combined ecosystem now touches 300+ service provider APIs, six continents, and 2.7B unique serviceable locations.
