Verizon authorized retailer Round Room has agreed to acquire competitor Wireless Advantage, boosting its footprint in the southeast with the purchase of an additional 45 locations in rural and metro markets. Additional details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Carmel, Ind.-based Round Room, which says it is the largest authorized Verizon retailer in the U.S., said that the agreement brings its retail footprint to 1,241 stores in 43 states. The company also operates 876 TCC and 365 Wireless Zone stores across the country.
