According to a recent AOTMP Research study, most enterprises (83%) indicate they have a mobile policy. Ask enterprise users if they have agreed to a mobile policy, though, and 32% indicate they are not sure. These dueling truths sum up a significant and growing policy challenge: user attachment to policy details is iffy, which exposes businesses and users to additional security and financial risk.
Corporate mobile policy is frequently treated a bit like a software EULA in that many may not read it before accepting.
