Four expansion projects in four geographies in support of four different opportunities:
Great Plains Communications is building out some new fiber within the space between Omaha and Lincoln. They have been selected to hook up the Gretna Logistics Park, which spans some 170-acres of industrial business development along the south side of I-80. The location is being developed by Omaha’s NewStreet Properties, and will have some 2M square feet of warehouse and industrial space.
Spectrum Enterprise has picked up a key government opportunity. The enterprise fiber arm of Charter has entered into a multi-year contract with the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration. Under the that contract they will be able to offer a wide range of services to participating agencies and organizations across the state and the surrounding region.
