One bit of M&A and two fiber expansion projects to catch up with:
Telehouse had made an inorganic move into Canada. The data center brand of KDDI has signed an agreement with Allied Properties REIT to acquire three data centers in Toronto’s city center. The purchase will cost them CAD 1.35B, which is just over US $1B, and add some 30MW of IT load to their footprint. The assets were not mentioned in the PR, but a bit of digging says they are at 151 Front, 250 Front, and 905 King.
