After moving over to F5 Networks this past summer, James Feger sees the telecom industry through a wide-angle lens that includes service providers and their enterprise customers.
During the 14 years he was at CenturyLink, Feger tackled specific projects, such as virtualization, for the telco. Now Feger is taking on a wider range of challenges for the industry at large.
FierceTelecom caught up with Feger, vice president and general manager of F5’s service provider business, on the sidelines of last week’s Light Reading NFV and SDN event in Denver after he delivered his keynote address.
