Electric Lightwave has begun offering its business and wholesale customers 200G wavelength services on its newly built 225-mile fiber route between Hillsboro, Oregon and Seattle, enabling it to deliver additional services to its content and enterprise customers.
Leveraging Ciena’s 6500 packet optical platform, this 200G service is part of a broader initiative ELI has taken to double the number of its long-haul routes.
