FiberLight has rolled out some fiber down in Georgia. They have completed a dark fiber deployment project for the city of Roswell, just north of Atlanta. The fiber and 400Gbps of connectivity now connects city resources to the Ascent data center in the neighboring city of Alpharetta. The value-added reseller SereneIT facilitated the deal.
EdgeConneX continues to invest in its presence in Munich, Germany. They have now added cloud connectivity services via Microsoft Azure Expressroute services at the facility, relieving customers of the need to connect over to Frankfurt 400km to the west.
