TDS Broadband Service has wrapped up its $80 million deal to buy all of the cable, broadband and business assets of Continuum.
TDS Broadband Service, which is a subsidiary of Telephone and Data Systems that is operated by TDS Telecom, first announced its intent to buy Mooresville, North Carolina-based Continuum in August. As part of the deal, Continuum employees were offered positions by TDS in order to continue to support local customers.
