Windstream Enterprise’s network upgrades continued with another announcement this week. The Arkansas-based communications provider is expanding its Cloud Connect network with more on-ramps to the regional Southwest, starting with Dallas-Fort Worth and supporting other regional markets like Phoenix and Las Vegas. It’s probably no coincidence of course that Windstream’s wholesale division recently lit new dark fiber routes out this way.
