Toyota and Lexus vehicles are going to be getting some heavy duty connectivity from AT&T and KDDI. The two industry giants will be enabling 4G LTE connectivity for select new models of Toyota nad Lexus vehicles starting in the fall of 2019. That connectivity will power both new automotive solutions and a hotspot for passengers to use.

eX2 Technology has a new project up in the Midwest. The Iowa Deportment of Transportation has accepted their Truck Parking Information System, an IoT effort aimed at real time tracking of available truck parking along the states highways. We last saw the company helping with a metro dark fiber solution for the Atlanta BeltLine.
