GigSouth has expanded its relationship with Southern Telecom. Following its deal for dark fiber over the winter, the regional ISP has signed on for colocation space at STI’s 270 Peachtree Street facility. The space will serve as GigSouth’s hub, leveraging STI’s dark fiber to Atlanta’s major carrier hotels for interconnection.
EdgeConneX has brought a new interconnection option into its Denver data center. Megaport has deployed its elastic cloud connectivity fabric within the facility, providing opportunities for tenants to reduce operational costs and leverage on-demand cloud services. EdgeConneX’s Denver facility now scales to 21MW.
