One data center M&A, one build-to-suit, a network upgrade, a technology partnership, and a global enterprise win:
Serverfarm has made an inorganic move out in southern California. With some help from NantWorks, they have acquired a 117,500 square foot facility from T5 Data Centers for $71M. The data center in question is in El Segundo, outside of Los Angeles, and was first opened in 2012. It has now been renamed LAX1, and offers 22MVA of power.
