Macquarie’s appetite for telecom and internet infrastructure found another target today. Alaska Communications has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Macquarie Capital and GCM Grossvenor. It’s an all cash deal valuing the company at $300M including debt. It’s not a done deal yet though, Alaska Communications does have a go-shop clause for the next 30 days under which it can seek out a better offer.
