WANRack has finished off another network build in the education vertical. They announced this morning the completion of a rack-to-rack custom-built WAN for the Castleberry School District in Fort Worth, Texas. The new WAN replaces a shared solution from another vendor with direct fiber connectivity. WANRack has several wins in Texas now.
Edgecore Networks has a new technology partner. They have teamed up with Volta Networks, who will be supplying cloud-native virtual routing software for Edgecore’s open networking switches. The combination supports disaggregated cell gateways, lowering costs and maximizing scalability out at the edge.
