SK Telecom is deepening a foray into the content space with Sinclair Broadcast Group. The two are teaming up on a joint venture to develop ATSC 3.0 broadcasting solutions. ATSC 3.0 enables data communications in broadcasting bands, enabling 2-way communications between broadcasting companies and devices or vehicles. The two started working on the project last year with an MOU signed at CES 2018.
New Continuum Data Centers is making its own move out in Midwest. They have acquired the facility at 603 Discovery Drive in West Chicago that they have been leasing since 2013 and using as their flagship location.
