Grain Management has made another fiber and network move. The private equity player has signed a definitive agreement to buy a majority stake in Ritter Communications. Ritter is an independent regional provider in Tennessee and Arkansas that has been busy expanding its infrastructure in recent years both organically and inorganically. The investment by Grain will enable them to continue to push the pace.
Momentum Telecom has finished up its deal for Cleveland-based DCT Telecom Group. The acquisition adds to Momentum’s UCaaS reach and capabilities.
