A few more items worth keeping an eye on:Some more infrastructure is changing hands down in the southeast according to a recent announcement. TruVista has signed an agreement to be acquired by iCON Infrastructure. TruVista serves consumers and businesses around four counties each in South Carolina and Georgia. CEO Brian Singleton will continue to lead the existing management team, so not much will change initially other than ownership. But this seems to be one of iCON’s first moves in the telecommunications space, so there may be more to follow.
