The Internet Ecosystem Innovation Committee continues to add new members as it steps into its chosen role of promoting collaboration across communities interested in creating new internet nexus points. Virginia Commonwealth University has joined the organization as a founding member, with Dean Barbara D. Boyan from the College of Engineering representing the institution. The IEIC was launched at ITW in June, and participation from higher education is a key component of its vision.
