Dark Fiber & Infrastructure is getting a new majority owner. IPI Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in the DF&I, which specializes in infrastructure in the DC Metro area and has built a unique route between Ashburn and Baltimore that crosses the Potomac to the north and west of the city. IPI Partners is co-sponsored by ICONIQ Capital and an affiliate of Iron Point Partners.
