Sprint is putting the finishing touches on a custom network for KM2 Solutions, which is a nearshore outsourcing company based in the U.S.
Using Sprint’s wireline network, the network for KM2 Solutions will provide connectivity from customer centers in Latin America and the Caribbean to two of Sprint’s U.S.-based data centers. The network is slated to go live this month.
Sprint’s team worked with KM2 Solutions and network management consultants DLB and Nationwide, LLC, to design a custom solution to provide ongoing monitoring, performance management and network stability.
