Sparkle has continued to expand its reach in Latin America. The international arm of TIM Group has deployed a new PoP in Salvador, Brazil. Salvador lies on the coast roughly midway between Fortaleza and Rio de Janeiro, and is a market that hasn’t gotten much attention from global bandwith markets. The expansion Sparkle them eleven in Brazil so far, which will soon be an even dozen as they are also planning a new PoP in Porto Alegre.
