AM Property Holding Corp said this morning that it has completed a refinancing for 1025OCR out on Long Island. The 200K square foot Technology Center and its 1025Connect data center now has a new $21M credit facility, with which it will seek accelerated growth. In the works are a new building entrance, additional capacity and an improved power and cooling infrastructure, and security enhancements. The transaction was led by Metropolitan Bank and Steel Harbor, while AM Property Holdings was advised by Bank Street Group.
