Some regional FTTH, a private equity investment, and a technology deployment:

Archtop’s plans for fiber in the Hudson River valley are taking shape. The recently formed company has announced a strategic partnership with the town of Saugerties. They plan to build out 250 fiber miles in the area to connect both residential and business customers. Saugerties lies between the Hudson River and the Catskills region, with a significant tourism presence. Archtop is backed by Post Road Group.

Stonepeak is putting another $570M into CoreSite, the data center business of American Tower. The deal follows a $2.5B investment they had already made just two months ago, which at the time gave them a 29% stake. After this follow-up transaction is completed they will own about 36% of the company.
