WANRack’s Arizona footprint is growing again around Phoenix. The E-Rate specialist has completed a buildout for the Agua Fria School District, adding 19 route miles in the cities of Goodyear, Avondale, and Buckeye. Meanwhile, they have also broken ground on networks for Saddle Mountain (12 route miles) and Littleton Elementary (8 route miles) school districts. Combined with existing footprint, the company’s Phoenix metro network stretches 100 route miles.

Over in Italy, one of the less secret M&A negotiations is underway. According to Capacity, TIM has confirmed that its CEO Luigi Gubitosi met yesterday with Open Fiber CEO Elisabetta Ripa to talk about a merger.
