Sparkle, the international arm of TIM Group, has added another market to its Latin American footprint. The network operator has opened a new poP in Bogotá, Colombia, taking up residence with Equinix there. The expansion complements a recent expansion to Cartagena, adding reach to the company’s Seabone transit network.
