The cloud networking company neutrality.one has won over a new network operator to its SDN platform. Batelco will be using their infrastructure to better serve enterprise customers by leveraging N1’s private network reach. N1 offers SD-WAN gased connectivity to 180 countries globally, with private network connectivity to 120 PoPs across 56 cities.
BT is tapping Cisco to help it reduce e-waste for its business customers. BT will help those customers ship equipment they are replacing or eliminating from use back to Cisco for re-use or recycling. Cisco offers this capability in the UK, US< Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, and Singapore so far. BT already does this sort of thing for smartphones.
