DE-CIX has passed a key milestone in its quest to dominate the New York City IX market. This morning they announced that they now have more than 200 unique ASN networks connected and claimed the number # slot for that metric in the NYC metro area. DE-CIX has now been in New York for a little over five years.
NTT Communications has added some more muscle to its DDoS protection capabilities.
