STACK has some major development plans down in northern Virginia. They are working with the real estate developer Peterson Companies to build a data center campus in Manassas, Virginia on a 125-acre pice of land. The first phase uses 25 acres of that for as much as 700K square feet and 72MW of critical power capacity. IN the long term, the vision calls for more than 4M square feet and 250MW of critical load.
