The job of a cybersecurity expert in an organization is more stressful that other IT positions. They are the first responders for security. An expert needs a broad IT knowledge as well as security knowledge. There are studies that report that there are not enough cybersecurity experts to fill the available positions as reported in 2017. The problem persists.
