As the fifth generation of mobile networking, 5G has the potential to bring massive competitive advantages to businesses, large enterprises, government agencies and other organizations in the new decade.
According to a study from Qualcomm, by 2035 the 5G industry will generate up to $3.6 trillion in revenue in 2035 and support as many as 22 million jobs. The Qualcomm study also predicts that 5G will boost global GDP growth by $3 trillion from 2020 to 2035.
In a contextually and pervasively connected world, new innovations will be supported on 5G networks that simply wouldn’t have been possible without the capabilities 5G architecture delivers.
