Lumen has made another upgrade to its network infrastructure. They have deployed 400G IP transit ports on their internet backbone in both the US and Europe. The move follows a rollout of 400G on the transport layer, and positions Lumen’s network for the next stage of growth.
Nokia has won a transport deal over in India. Lightstorm will be deploying their C+L band WDM technology across the company’s network, boosting capacity in the east and north of the country. Lightstorm has been looking to shake things up in the Indian transport markets.
