The future of work as a business theme has been around for several years but came to prominence during the pandemic. As early as September 2020, Nicole Herskowitz, general manager for Microsoft Teams, authored the No Jitter post, “Reimagining Future of Work & Learning with Microsoft Teams.” And just last week, No Jitter’s Ryan Daily, associate editor, tackled the topic in the WorkSpace Wednesday post, “Future of Work is Still Anyone’s Guess.”
