Bright Pattern today announced its integration with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 to help contact centers manage passwords and enable all users to log into multiple systems in a single step.
Bright Pattern works with SAML 2.0 identity providers such as Okta, ForgeRock, and Microsoft’s Active Directory Federation Services to provide single sign-on (SSO) functionality for agents, system administrators, and all other users in an organization.
